Agrogility is a dedicated company under Agile Transformation for Management & Engineering Consultancies, founded in 2022 to address critical gaps in agriculture and animal production across Sudan. We focus on empowering smallholder farmers, improving food security, and enabling sustainable agricultural practices.

🌍 Operational Footprint

Our operations span Khartoum, Kassala and Dongola, with direct field experience supporting NGOs and local farming communities. We are currently preparing to establish a permanent presence in Gedaref to expand our impact in Eastern Sudan.

Our team comprises agricultural engineers, project managers, and field technicians with over 15 years of combined experience. We have managed multi-sectoral interventions and procurement partnerships with NGOs, private sector actors, and donor-funded projects.

In addition, we operate through two affiliated sister companies in Oman and the United Arab Emirates, supporting regional trade, logistics, and cross-border agricultural supply chains.
